2" Diameter Polypropylene Plastic Washer with recess chamber for screw head. Assembled with a exterior grade Zinc Coated Screw Fastener for into Wood applications. The Length of screw is determined by the thickness of ridget insulation board to be fastened. The "COIN" Washer is textured and open spaces allow an adhesive to penetrate the washer and adhesively attaching to the insulation board while locking in the angular open spaces of the washer creating mechanical lock of the washer to the insulation board. the Finger covers over the screw fastener's head prevents the chamber from filling with adhesive. Suggested application is one fastener per square foot of insulation board and not to be used in the seams of the insulation board. 1000 pcs per box.
