Detailed Description

Plastic Nail Fasteners are 2-3/8" diameter high-density polypropylene plastic nails with numerous keyholes and textured surface for locking in the base coat and attaching EPS foam. The fastener is tapped into a predrilled  pilot hole in masonry block or concrete substrates.

Specifications:

  • Round 2-3/8" diameter plastic plate, .050" to .060" gauge thick - tapered.
  • Overall Length:  2-3/4":
  • Numerous round reversed key holes and slots for coating adhesion/bonding.
  • Nail stem has various lengths to accommodate foam thickness.

    Geolab Inc. testing facility of Sherbrooke, Quebec, Ca. performed pull out tests, plotting the chart's wind load data and thermal behavior based upon ASTM 0256 impact test
